"I have to say thank you so much to Jamilah for helping me get insurance for my my family home. My mother passed away in 2019 and all this time I had no insurance on the home. Jamilah was so patient in explaining the coverages and making sure I understood what was at stake if something happened. She is a rock solid sister! I tell everyone to call her. She came to my Mom's house and met me, took the pictures and I just have not seen any insurance agent care this much."

"My family had been with this State Farm office for many years, going back to when it was run by George Samra. After my mother passed away, I contacted the office for help understanding her life insurance policy and how to handle the funeral expenses. I was not asking them to bend any rules; I simply needed clear guidance during a difficult family situation.
Instead, getting answers felt unnecessarily difficult, and I often felt as though my intentions were being questioned rather than understood. They ultimately helped, but the process lacked the compassion and personal support I had always associated with this office. After this experience, I decided to move all of my insurance policies elsewhere."

"David thank you for your feedback. We take seriously our customer experiences. We are very sorry for the loss of your mother and apologize that you felt unsupported during such a difficult time. We were saddened and surprised to read this review because Alsina had developed a relationship with you and your mother while assisting with your family’s other insurance needs, and she continued working with you after your mother passed as well as Jamilah working to step in later in the process.
Life insurance claims follow a required process, and unfortunately there is only so much our local office can do. Information is always needed from all named beneficiaries. As you are aware, there was a delay in making contact and receiving a response, which slowed the process despite our continued efforts to assist. While we always strive to lead with compassion, we must also follow the requirements of the policy and the claims process. We sincerely regret that this experience added frustration during an already painful time."
